What happens during a consultion?
We spend 15-30 minutes discussing your organizing needs and how we can best achieve your goals! Virtually or in person, we ask to see the space you’d like us to organize. Feel free to ask lots of questions!
Do you take away donations?
Yes! Always! We just ask that you sign an agreement that we’re taking your discarded items to be donated to various places within the Durham Region.
What’s an organizing session like?
We always follow the DDOR method! First, we Declutter the area, getting rid of any items that no longer serve you. For an additional fee, we can add Deep Cleaning to the area (because who wants an organized space that’s full of dust bunnies?). Then we Organize, taking into consideration how you and your family use the space, what needs must be met, and any aesthetic choices. Lastly, we Repeat this in other areas of the home you might wish to have organized.
Do you shop for your clients?
We sure can! We offer both product purchase/pickup for our clients, as well as 1:1 shopping appointments if the client wishes to be hands-on during the process.
Do you charge by the hour?
No; we charge by the job itself. During our consultation, we decide the scope and range of the job, how many organizers are needed, and how quickly the space needs to be done.
How long is an organizing session?
That depends on the space we’re organizing! Normally, a session is between 4-6 hours. Larger spaces usually take more than one session (like basements), while others can take just one (kitchens, closets, etc.)
Do you take away garbage and recycling?
While we don’t take away your garbage and recycling, we’re more than happy to get it ready for you, and even put it on the curb if you’d like!
Do you offer organizing products?
We carry a general stock of our most-used and requested items with us to all clients’ homes! If you choose to use them, we’ll add the balance to your final payment. However, during our consultation, we can recommend any additional products we think would best serve your area.
Do you charge HST?
Sure do. We’re by-the-book over here!
Will you take pictures of my space?
Only with your permission. And even with your permission, we make sure to never give away your identity in our photos and social media posts.
Do you offer discounts?
A few times per year, we’ll send out different offers to our email list!
